I'm Jenni Jones
Head of O.D in NHS Tayside.

I have a background in change management and administration in the NHS in Scotland.

I fell into OD (not unlike a lot of people I know!) and really enjoy what I do, putting that down to the alignment of OD values with my own personal values and beliefs, particularly those of integrity, enablement, and continual personal growth.

I am particularly interested in building a coaching style of dialogue as the norm here in NHS Tayside, psychodynamics and working with leaders and managers to build great teams”
